Key Features
Deeproof provides a suite of features designed to make identity verification secure, private, and interoperable for Web3.
1. One-Time Verification (Atomic Identity)
The Problem: Users are tired of repeating KYC processes—uploading ID photos and scanning faces—for every new platform they join.
The Feature: Verify once with a major provider (like Binance). Use that single verification to prove your identity across any platform that integrates Deeproof.
2. Zero-Knowledge Privacy
The Problem: Sharing personal documents (passports, bank statements) with multiple platforms increases the risk of identity theft.
The Feature: Your sensitive data never leaves your device. Deeproof generates a Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP) locally. This mathematical proof confirms you are verified without revealing your name, age, or address.
3. On-Chain Verification Record
The Problem: Centralized databases are siloed. A verification on one server isn't visible to smart contracts on-chain.
The Feature: Deeproof records your verification status on the Mantle Sepolia blockchain. This creates a permanent, tamper-proof record that any smart contract can query instantly.
4. Identity Score
The Problem: Identity is rarely binary (yes/no). Platforms need to know how trustworthy a user is.
The Feature: Deeproof calculates an Identity Score based on the quality and number of your verifications.
- Binance Verification: +20 Points
- (Coming Soon) Coinbase: +20 Points
- (Coming Soon) Fractal ID: +10 Points
A higher score signals greater trustworthiness to platforms, potentially unlocking lower collateral requirements or exclusive access.
5. Browser-First Experience
The Problem: Many decentralized identity solutions require complex mobile apps or dedicated hardware.
The Feature: Deeproof works entirely within your desktop browser via a Chrome Extension. No QR codes, no phone switching—just a seamless web experience.
