User Flow

This guide walks you through the complete process of creating your privacy-preserving identity proof with Deeproof.

Prerequisites​

  • Browser: Google Chrome.
  • Wallet: MetaMask or similar Web3 wallet.
  • Account: A verified Binance account (KYC Level 2 or higher).

Step-by-Step Guide​

1. Connect Your Wallet​

Visit the Deeproof Dashboard and click "Connect Wallet".

  • This wallet address will be permanently linked to your anonymous verification proof.
  • Ensure you have a small amount of test tokens on Mantle Sepolia for gas fees.

2. Install the Extension​

Download and install the Deeproof Chrome Extension.

  • This extension is your personal "Proof Generator." It runs locally to ensure your privacy.

3. Log in to Binance​

Open a new tab and log in to your Binance account.

  • Ensure your session is active.
  • The Deeproof Extension detects your active session securely.

4. Generate Proof​

Click the Deeproof Extension icon in your browser toolbar.

  • Click "Verify Identity".
  • The extension will read the verification status from your active Binance tab.
  • It will generate a Zero-Knowledge Proof. This may take a few seconds.

5. Submit On-Chain​

Return to the Deeproof Dashboard.

  • You will see your status change to "Proof Generated."
  • Click "Process" or "Submit" to send this proof to the blockchain.
  • Confirm the transaction in your wallet.

6. Verification Complete​

Once the transaction is confirmed, your status will update to Verified.

  • You now have an on-chain record attesting to your identity.
  • You can now use this wallet to access restricted RWA platforms or token sales that utilize Deeproof.
